Stainforth Neighbourhood Plan Area

Referendum on the Neighbourhood Plan for Stainforth

A referendum will be held on Thursday 10 October 2024 to decide on the question below:

‘Do you want the City of Doncaster Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Stainforth to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?’

APPLICATIONS FOR REGISTRATION, POSTAL/PROXY VOTING AND FOR VOTER AUTHORITY CERTIFICATES

 

If they are to be effective for this referendum:

• New applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU by 12 midnight on Tuesday 24 September 2024. Applications can be made online at: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote

• Applications to vote by post or to amend or cancel existing postal vote arrangements must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Office, Waterdale Doncaster, DN1 3BU by 5pm on Wednesday 25 September 2024. New applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote

• Applications for a free Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document must be received by the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 2 October 2024. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate

• New applications to vote by proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU by 5pm on Wednesday 2 October 2024. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-proxy-vote

• After 5pm on Wednesday 2 October 2024, applications to vote by emergency proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU by 5pm on Thursday 10 October 2024.
