REGULATION 14 AND 21 CONSULTATION

Regulation 14 and 21 Public Consultation is due to take place from 28th March to 11:59pm on the 9th May 2022. The consultation will run for six weeks. This is necessary to get feedback from the public and other relevant bodies on the draft version of the Neighbourhood Plan and Neighbourhood Development Order before it is submitted to DMBC for final review.

The public consultation on the Stainforth Neighbourhood Plan and Neighbourhood Development Order is being carried out in accordance with regulations 14 and 21 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (SI No. 637).

 

The Plan is published online below and is available at Stainforth Library and the Stainforth Town Council offices.

 

The comments submitted as part of the consultation will be collated and analysed to inform any changes that are made to the NDP and NDO.
