Submission of the Stainforth Neighbourhood Development Plan and supporting documents to City of Doncaster Council for examination under Part 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).

Regulation 16 Publicity

 

Following the completion of the Regulation 14 pre-submission consultation and publicity on their Neighbourhood Plan, Stainforth Town Council have submitted the Stainforth Neighbourhood Development Plan and associated documents to the Local Planning Authority at City of Doncaster Council for examination under Part 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).

 

All the documents including the Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed on the Doncaster Council website via the link:

A hard copy of the Neighbourhood Plan may also be viewed at the Stainforth 4 All Community Library, Church Road, Stainforth, DN7 5PW, between 10am and 4pm, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – Saturday.

 

Representations are invited on the Plan and associated documents and can be submitted in one of the following ways:

 

 

If this is not possible, you can write and post or hand deliver to us at:

 

  •  Local Plans Team, Planning Services, Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU (an out of hours a post-box is available to the rear of the building)

 

Representations on the Plan may include a request to be notified of the Local Planning Authority’s decision under Regulation 19 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 on the plan proposal (whether to make or to refuse to make the Neighbourhood Development Plan).

 

The submission of representations is now CLOSED as of Thursday 7 March 2024.
